Track to Open Friday Night April 26th! Practice Possible This Sunday!

Oshkosh, WI, April 16, 2013 – Ample snowfalls through the early spring and unseasonable cold temperatures have left area dirt tracks scrambling to prepare for their season opening events. With late week conditions showing temperatures near freezing and additional rain or snow expected in the days leading up to the upcoming Spring Brawl event at Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway, both track and series officials have opted to delay the Spring Brawl event to a possible future date. No racing will take place on April 20th.

The staff of the Oshkosh Speedzone will be picking rocks Wednesday morning at 8:00 AM. We know this is early but it seems the best time so far to get this done thanks to the weather.

We are looking for anyone to come out and help. For your help we will give you a regular nights pass to the races. We will have the passes with us so we will give it to you right away!

Please come on out and help kick off the 2013 race season!

Practice is still scheduled for Sunday April 21st. Season opening event will take place Friday Night April 26th. More info shortly.

The practice that was scheduled for Saturday April 13 has been canceled.

We will be doing inspection at the track in the parking lot Noon-4:00 pm
